We offer three programmes, allowing you to choose the right option for your individual needs. I’ll be happy to talk you through all options to help you come to your decision as your long term success and happiness in paramount.

 

Option 1:       10 session programme - €395

For clients who have a good general understanding of nutrition and don’t feel they need longer sessions to tackle any emotional eating issues.

 

1st Appointment: 1hr 30 mins

2nd Appointment: 30 minutes

Subsequent appointments: 15 minutes each*

 

*You can upgrade to a 30 minute appointment by adding an extra 15 minutes to any session for the additional cost of just €24 (subject to availability). Includes your own folder with 100’s of easy recipes, sample meal plans, nutrition guides, food diaries & emotional support guides

 

Option 2:       10 session programme - €495

This is our most popular programme for clients as the 30 minute sessions allow more time to explore emotional issues, eating triggers and how to deal with them.

 

1st Appointment: 1hr 30 mins

2nd Appointment: 30 minutes

Subsequent appointments: 30 minutes

 

Includes your own folder with 100’s of easy recipes, sample meal plans, nutrition guides, food diaries and emotional support guides.

 

Option 3:       10 session programme = €595

For clients who would like to explore “Mindfulness” I will include a 45 minute in-depth session as well as teaching you simple techniques and practicing them with you at each session.

 

1st Appointment: 1hr 30 mins

2nd Appointment: 30 minutes

Seven appointments: 30 minutes

In-depth Mindfulness Session: 45 minutes

 

Includes your own folder with 100’s of easy recipes, sample meal plans, nutrition guides, food diaries and emotional support guides.

 

NB: All sessions run continuously on a weekly basis to obtain the fastest, long term results.
